Generation 2: Part 2. Love?

Brianna was in love. She thought. For ages she had been in a relationship with Rolando, but apart from one or two phone calls they hadn’t had much contact. A few days ago they had met again and now she wanted to take things one step further. They were lovers! They should act like some, too.

One thing lead to another and…….

…… you can imagine the rest. Afterwards they couldn’t stop cuddling and kissing. It had been the first time for Brianna, but sure not for Rolando, who’d had a couple of girlfriends in high school before he got serious with Brianna at prom.  He had always thought she was the one and that it was worth waiting for her.

She, on the other hand, wasn’t so sure about that after what had just happened. She had always imagined it to be an experience she would never forget, something that would make them connect more. Something that would make her know that he was the right guy for her. She tried to clear her head with painting, while her boyfriend was inside, sleeping in her bed. This was too weird. A man being in her bed, somebody she could even marry and have kids with. No, this was not going to happen. Before she could decide if she wanted to stay with him, they would need to take some time off.

It was not like she hadn’t thought about true love before, or about marrying. She just really needed to be sure that he was the right man for her.

While Brianna was wrapped up in thoughts, Cella had decided to finally get a job. They weren’t running low on money, but still she wanted to earn their own simdollars and not just live from what Brianna made by writing (great) novels. So she went over to the local school and got herself a job there! Soon she had made it to elementary school teacher. Well, good luck with that, little kids can give you a really hard time sometimes…but the smiles on their faces when they finally understood something is absolutely priceless! (says an elementary school teacher-to-be…)

Working in school gave Cella more and more confidence. Ever since she had started out as this little shy girl who was afraid of strangers, so many things had happened and now she was a confident woman who knows what she wanted. She even went to people she had just met one or two times and talked to them. Here she ran into her colleague Gina Berry, who had just hung out in the park a bit.

But although life was working out great for her, she wasn’t quite happy with herself. For weeks, she had dressed herself like some kind of…no, I won’t write this down here. Anyway, she wanted to look more serious. Like a real teacher and a grown woman. Well this outfit is what she liked the most.

And she even had the chance to show the new Cella to some people, as Brianna and her were invited to a party that night. It doesn’t matter that it turned out to really suck,as the only music played came from Cella and her guitar, still they had a good time dancing in the frontyard…

And watching some TV in the living room once the other guests had left… it gave them some time for talking, as they didn’t really do that at home any more. Brianna was always up late, painting and writing, then sleeping half of the day. Cella had to get up early for school and went to bed early.

The next day was definitely a cause for celebration – it was Brianna’s birthday! Cella had invited everybody they knew, including Rolando (on the right, in gray). She didn’t know about the awkward situation the two lovers were in, so she thought Brianna would be happy about that. Well… it was a nice gesture.

Wow, look what she turned into! She still was really beautiful. (Just what Viola Sharpe-Bluesky thought when she sat next to her, eating her cake)

Still, she wasn’t really happy with her look, so she went to get a makeover. Now this is what she was talking about! (She really likes brown.) But she also wanted something more colourful, so she went to ask some professional stylist about a second outfit.

On her way out, she fell across Norman Hatch-Hart, Cella’s romantic interest. They talked for a while, before he surprisingly took some flowers out of his pocket and gave it to her. Although they looked beautiful, Brianna rejected them. She knew that it would destroy the relationship between her and Cella if she had accepted them.

Apparently, today was “Day of Flowers” or something. Hours later, when she was still standing outside the salon, Manuel Landgraab (who had witnessed that scene earlier!) also took some flowers out of somewhere and gave them to Brianna.  Eww, old!

To really feel that she wasn’t THAT old yet, Brianna instantly turned around and went back into the salon to get another tattoo. I’m sorry, I should say tattoos.

Then she jogged over to Viola’s house to have a little talk. They hadn’t seen each other for days and Brianna wondered what was going on in her life (note the new tattoo on her left arm),. She had even heard some mysterious thing about another wedding after her husband VJ had died! And really, Viola had gotten married again. Guess who! … that’s right, Nicklaus Bluesky, Sunny’s youngest son.

And that was not all. Although they had married really quickly, the procedure had been classic. Including the wedding night. And guess who didn’t pay attention to protection…

Viola and the girls stayed in touch really closely – they saw each other almost every day and had fun for hours. It was almost like she was another sister!

The girls really liked her and she was grateful for the support, as she didn’t have any family here, except her new husband and her daughter Viviana. So she happily came over whenever she was invited and spent her free time at their house. Wouldn’t it be a nice idea if she moved in completely? Well……..

Author's notes: So, Brianna and Rolando - that pretty much went nowhere. She really wanted to woohoo with him, but ever since she hasn't rolled a single wish to interact with him. Same with Cella and Norman, by the way...
Instead they are constantly hanging with Viola! That's really nice because this way I can see how she developes. And right now she is pregnant with her second child... I hope she and Nicklaus will be happy!
And that thing I said about them moving on was not a clue, just a thought. But if that happened, the house would be too crowded for me, I guess... so it will stay the way it is.

  1. I see Cella lost weight, or is it the non skanky outfit that makes her look skinnier? lol! That hair looks nice on Viola, I'll have to remember that! I think that's the hair she got when she aged up in my game, too. That's so cool that the girls are friends with her! And she is married to Sunny's son that is so cool :) I hope Brianna finds someone in the romance department :)

  2. Yes she really lost a lot of weight.. she has been swimming every now and then and gained her old looks back. I hope that she is finding love soon, she kind of deserves is, I think. And her romantic interest with Norman is...well. They haven't been talking since she aged up. Or yes, they did, one time at that party. But it was just talking and nothing else...

Aaand I really hope that Brianna finds "The One" soon! She is almost in the middle of that age span and she needs to have at least one child... :( maybe I am lucky and she wants to woohoo with Rolando again, although I don't really think so. That night apparently wasn't good enough :D

  3. How strange that neither of them wanted anything to do with their "conquests"! I hope Brianna finds some romance soon.

I love seeing Viola around, too.
